Shapes, Fashion, Fitness WHAT?

Well yes, I know that you guys have heard about the cool, amazing, incredible Shape Ups sneackers! or the Easy tone and more types! Well I've heard of them too! and I wanted to try them out but here they are very expensive so I instantly thought "Hey! you should wait and buy them the next time you go to Miami!" and I was going to do that...

But suddenly a crazy Fitness-weightloss email came into my inbox.... The shape ups or easy tones and more of this type sneackers are a completely fraude! I read it on a website that I can't remember the name (sorry!) and they did a try of a group of women with shape ups or easy tones and other group with simple normal sneackers...

They did the same diet and exercises... and they found out that there were NO difference at all! Isn't this shocking!? I know! I wanted them too! I was going for them but after seeing this.. I am sure not going to buy them! Even the Shape ups are super abd for people who don't have much balance because they can harm themselves! like falling and more!

If you want to try them out, and you really noticed that you shaped up everything and you easy toned everything... like more than your casual simple sneackers let me know!

The Old Hollywood Glamour

I remember those times when I used to watch the Academy Awards or The Golden  Globes and I saw every single person wearing amazing dresses, hair-do's and great make up! 

And for now I feel that the Old Hollywood Glamour maybe around the 40's had gone ... Not completely but definetely is hard to see celebrities like Marilyn Monroe.

For me the perfect example of conservating the Old Hollywood Glamour, is Katherine Heigl rocking this white mermaid-like dress and with beautiful red stunning lips.

I am not syaing that the 40's come back, but I definetely want to see more Red lips, tight great dresses and beautiful waves in their hairs!

But again I am not sad or mad about it! cause I really love how the style is evolving and I love being part of the Contemporary time, because I love those short tight dresses, or those big long dresses! I just love fashion! :)

Brunettes !

I am a brunette and I have done a couple on entries about blonde hairs , I decided it is time to speak up about my hair color! and the most people in the world color's too!

Brunette is super great when it comes to make up becuase you can wear practically any eyeshadow you want!
For example, for Black Hairs the perfects eyeshadows are purple, gold, beige. light green, yellow and lilac!

For Brunettes works practically teh same kind! but I have to say, In brunettes the gold eye shadow takes the Gold medal! It looks amazing in a pale skin tone with brunette hair! If you are one of those people like me, definetely try it on you will look so pretty !

Leather touches!

Well I am beyond excited because now I have my domain TheStyleStash.com and I totally change my website :)! Still I haven't add the pages at the "bar" that I wanted but time will tell :)

Going now for what we love ... Leather Touches! I absolutely love leather because it makes you look more sexier! but at the same time super edgy and very rocky like, hard rock!

We have seen leather going in the runways and in the streets, as Kim Kardashian , Rihanna, Lindsay Lohan and many more! This type of cloth make you super confidence at the time you are putting it on!
I really love leather leggings! becuase you can pull the off so easy!

For example you can pull off an amazing pink shirt or sweater with black leather leggings and boots! and that way you will not look that much Rocky and Hard .. you will look more normal like Day-To-Day outfit!

The boost of the boots!

So, there is nothing wrong to wear boots in summer! is totally cool! but we have to be careful with what we wear them, like if we are in summer you cannot wear uggy boots with pants and sweaters and scarves, I mean we are in Summer! not in Winter! 

 That's why the Uggy boots we can wear them with amazing super short, shorts and a very light t-shirt or also we can wear them with leggings and a light shirt, but always with light clothes! 

So, the important thing is never wear too much up if you are wearing boots, that's why I love the combination of shorts with light shirts, also can be a sweater light dress, or a simple dress! but always LIGHT!

A little Style

So Ive been totally MIA! I am soo sorry is just Christmas eve it makes me have to do presents, and xmas cards, and shop all day! thats why I really don't have time to post entries!
