How I De-stress in paradise.
To be completely honest this year didn't come to a great start. Can't say it has been bad but it definitely wasn't what I was hoping for or expecting really- That's why a much needed vacation was in the cards for me and one day when I just reached my max point I decided to go to paradise for a couple of days and just enjoy being me and taking in my surroundings without having to worry about life.
Here is how I De-Stress in Miami!
- Walks on the beach
It might be simple for some people but for me, in Miami, calms me immensely, looking a the color of the water and the tiny waves is bliss!
- Doing what I used to do when I was happy.
What did I do? I went back to my vacation/paradise/stress free life routine. Which is going to CVS, walk alongside Collins Ave, buy nail stuff (this time I got my nails done!) But overall re visit what I am used to do while I am there because there hasn't been a time I wasn't happy.
- Shopping,
OK this time I was focused on buying whatever I wanted, but obviously I didn't find anything lol. But these are the times where I forget I have to pay bills, I forget I live in a super expensive city, I forget everything and I just feel like I am on a life stand by and shop everything.
And last but definitely not least.
Is to be grateful, take a couple of minutes of what are you doing and talk to God, or yourself and remind yourself how lucky you are to be there and whatever you are going through for better or worse, will not last forever.
Snow days
I was thinking the other day how depressing is winter in New York and that made me realize I might not want to live here for the winter and then Sweden came up in my thoughts and I was like 'I would be so depressed there because its practically winter 80% of the year', but reality is, I do love snow and it makes me so happy that I could go live somewhere that snows every day for sure.
That's why every time is snowing in New York I grab my coat and boots and take a stroll around the city and one of my favorite ones is around Brookfield place, of course I love shopping malls, but being near the water, watching the boats come and go remind me the awesome times I had when I was a kid and we would go on my dad's boat every summer.
If you ask me, New York in the summer and snowing is my perfect combination!
Currently obsessed
What I am currently obsessing over!
Obsession is a very strong word and I take it seriously. That's why I am sharing the 6 items I've been obsessed with for a while now, which one will go first? Wait and see.
I love all these colors because they go with everything.
Don't trust me? All black #ootd and every single one of them goes. Red is classic, light pink is lady, light blue is somewhat comfortable, bold fuchsia is rather daring.. and black will always be the no questions.
How to be inspired
It's been a while since I met you , I love that song. Well my purpose was It's been a while since I have post something I am really proud of, or that really inspires me. Don't get me wrong... everything I've posted, I liked, but I crave something more from all of this, I don't know if I want more outfit pictures, like my outfits or something else. But there's something I can't find while blogging now.
