I took these pictures like 2 weeks ago when NYC decided to be warm and bring us some Spring weather! It was actually funny because I only wore a faux fur vest and a satin top and I was hot, like wishing I didn't bring my vest. Now, totally different, we are expecting major snow Mon-Tues-Wed ! (I am SO excited though, I love snow days!). We went on a little stroll around SoHo and NoLita, which are one of my favorite places to walk around in Manhattan and when we stumbled across Pietro Nolita it was the perfect instagram opportunity, hope you enjoy the pictures!
BTW I am working on a new blog design and "different" posts or something new because I am feeling like I need a breath of fresh air and The Style Stash needs one as well! Enough with no posting for 2 weeks! Enjoy your Sunday!!!

MET Museum stroll

Now that I feel more at "home" in NYC I can finally sort out how to operate the subway.. well not operate the subway in itself but operate how am I going to get to my destination and that means more touristy posts about New York.
The other day we went to the MET Museum to see the China through the looking glass exhibit. Let me tell you ...

Stripes and Lace

So the funny story with this shoes is, I was shopping with a friend, (and for days I've been telling myself my flip flops were going to die very soon) while I was wondering at H&M and all of a sudden I get myself stuck and see my foot, and yup, my flip flop was broken entirely. Of course in the middle of NYC near Time Square where you don't want to go bare feet, so I had to grab any kind of shoe I could at the store.

A Printed era

I remember I was sick when I received these two wonderful pieces of clothing. I tried them on instantly (And I couldn't move because of how sick I was) and I instantly fell in love! Lately I've been all about mixing prints in cool and fun ways, and that is fashion all about! Having fun. I paired these high waisted pants with a crop top very similar in pattern and color, that's why I wanted the shoes to be as neutral as possible, black pair of heels would have looked too much and these sandals are one of my favorites in my collection.

That's 70 Show

Another ootd, good right? Well, let's start with a huge bold statement, I ADORE flare jeans, they are an absolute obsession for me and the bigger the flare the better, unfortunately I don't own them in black (which is tragic) but I am on the hunt for them!

Blues of life

First of all, well I have too many things to tell why I haven't posted in a while and why the pictures look like this. So, I been working non stop in a huge surprise that I will share with you very soon, maybe this week and that has kept me in the computer screen all day. And the reason why the pictures don't look as sharp as I'd like is because we were trying a new lens, which I won't use again, maybe. I kinda like it but I need the pics to be more sharp than how they are right now. So I wore this look yesterday to go to my uncle's and let me tell you how I love going to the countryside and scape the city sometimes, is just so relaxing and nice!

Industrial surroundings

I've been slacking with my looks posts but I promise I haven't forgotten about them! at all. It is very fun actually to shoot 'outfits of the day'. We were once again in the countryside to visit my uncle and when I saw these containers I was OK, this is kinda industrial, kinda what I like. My outfit was not glamorous at all, it was more on the casual side but the color of this shirt combined with my lipstick and those shoes was the thing I really really liked.

Countryside memories

This was on the weekend, where we went to my uncle's house which is in the "countryside" it's not actually in the countryside but it is like 30 minutes away from the city so I love to disconnect for just one day and enjoy mother nature. My style is definitely more comfy like but when I do want to dress up I go all out, that's why you haven't seen so many glamed up looks.

Everything I love

Let's be honest, not every day you dress with everything that you love and when you do it is time to take out the camera and pop some pictures, in my case I have to upload them to my blog! I was eyeing a hoodie just like this shirt when I was in Miami but as soon as I put a step at F21 I was sold, this shirt was going home with me and I am so glad I bought it, it is such a cute basic to have, I can wear it with almost everything and is definitely more fun than just a plain black shirt.

Filorga Launch

I got invited to the Filorga launch in my country. For those who don't know what it is, I am here to explain y'all. Filorga is a French brand of anti aging creams and serums and the whole amazing cosmetique (insert that sexy french accent here) from Paris. Yep, AMAZING. They invited us to a lovely event at the NOI hotel, which was lovely! the food was delicious and the products itself were OUTSTANDING!

Red Leather story

So .. here it is for the start of making my looks posts! I cannot assure you that I'm gonna post them every single day, but you will definitely see more than the past months!  Yesterday when we took the pictures it was freezing and thinking that these are the last few days of cold I'm going to have, makes me super excited! I love black and sometimes is super hard for me to combine it with color, that's why I always throw on this red leather jacket to add a little pop to my outfits! The heels are my obsession, they go absolutely perfect with this look. It is casual but well put together, plus they are like my fave Louboutin booties, but cheaper.
