Car chronicles in Miami!

I believe this is gonna be my last post of my vacations in Miami back in September! This Miami trip was unbelievable, we had the best time of our lives and we enjoyed every second of it. Funny story, I have to share it! So we rented a car for the whole trip and one of the last days we decided to go on a little adventure (truly it was LITTLE) so we decided to go up North on the island to see what is there, little did we realize it was already sunset time so by the time we get there it was going to be dark. Surprise surprise, it started pouring rain like NEVER before, it was so rainy that we couldn't see anything, it was pitch black and we didn't know where we were, and no phone service, I swear it was a scary movie! I was the one driving and I do not see 100% so when you mix contact lenses, dark, rain and fear is not the best combination. Then we decided to turn right, OH LORD! there was a bridge and a highway!!!!!! We were so scared that I didn't know what to do and stopped the car (are you F kidding me that is even more dangerous) but before that i was going to make a U turn in a highway!!! and then we realized there was a block separating the lanes!!!! Soo we decided to stop to figure something because we felt like we were going to fall off that bridge/highway. Long story short we decided to keep going and suddenly found a place to do a -U turn... one of the things I will never forget, I was almost crying LOL!

#Miamilife

When I used to live in Chile I always thought I was more of a "mountain" girl but after visiting Miami I discovered the beach is definitely one of my other places. Lately I've discovered that my Tumblr is all about traveling and amazing beaches. This time? no different, Miami is home, is paradise, is my little place on earth! My #Miamilife consists of my all time Miami breakfast; granola, greek yoghurt and fresh strawberries. Trying new nails (I seriously always do it when I am there!) Some Godiva chocolate strawberries and Aventura Mall, as always! Al though since this time we rented a car we went more to the Promenade and Hollywood beach (more like JoAnn and Michaels I would say lol!) We even went to Sawgrass mall which I will never go ever again, I highly DON'T recommend it, it is seriously a waste of time and it is FAR.

How to be inspired

It's been a while since I met you , I love that song. Well my purpose was It's been a while since I have post something I am really proud of, or that really inspires me. Don't get me wrong... everything I've posted, I liked, but I crave something more from all of this, I don't know if I want more outfit pictures, like my outfits or something else. But there's something I can't find while blogging now.

A day in Williamsburg

Being able to be a tourist in your own city is amazing, from discovering new restaurants and shops to enjoy an ice cream cone with your best friend! And this past Wednesday I did exactly that! Went with my best friend to Williamsburg since I've never been there and I was actually looking to move there if I liked it.

So the other day I took advantage of the sun and went on a little wander around the city, which little is definitely not the right word to use because I walked a ton all over downtown manhattan. I ended my day at the Flat iron district, which is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the entire city.

Hello from New York City! The city that never sleeps, and that is true since I've been waking up at 7:30 am everyday ! (what!?!) Anyways, I am still getting used to the city taking in consideration it's been a while since I haven't been here and transitioning from a super hot summer to a very cold spring has been tough to say the least! I am getting ready to explore more of New York  ( you know, my regular areas, SoHo, Central Park, Chelsea, etc) so I can post more about this wonderful city! All of my weekends have been amazing. And this one was a little bit more special since it was my cousin's little girl's bday party! It was Ballerina Themed and let me tell you, preparing everything for this party was so fun and cute! I mean, who doesn't love pink in a bday party?

#Weekend

One of my last weekends in Chile couldn't have been better! From having a super sweet watermelon to playing with a shotgun this weekend was all about enjoying summer and spending time with my family. I have to say I adore New York and the #citylife, but the mountains have been a deep love of mine since I was a little kid. That's definitely something I'm gonna miss about Chile.

Paradise on earth

Have you ever heard the quote If you want to know where your heart is...look to where your mind goes when it wonders. Every time I'm on tumblr I see myself infinite scrolling for beaches or cities around the world, but mainly salt water. And as much as I love the city life, sometimes as I describe it myself, Miami is my paradise on earth and at some point of my life I might have to go and live in that paradise.

5 Things to do in NYC

I am a New Yorker. And if you think that stupid.. I don't give a F. New York became my home, my place and where I feel comfortable not being comfortable, is a city where I just feel alive and myself and at this very moment I can't see my life anywhere else other than in NYC. And after 6 months of living here I can say I know a couple of things to do if someone asks what are my recommendations when being a tourist in this city! I could write 20 or more but I am going to keep it short and sweet so I can keep doing these kind of blog posts that I enjoy to write! 5 things you HAVE to do while you are in NYC. Here they go!

10 Things to do to be happier

Washington Square Park.

I don't know if I can consider myself absolutely happy because I'm still missing some things in my life, things I really want and also I feel that happiness could be a journey more than a destination and maybe it is not something you will reach anytime in your life, is not like climbing a mountain, once you get to the top you reached it so now what? And after having the worst experience ever I can't make a statement weather I am happy or not. But I can say I am absolutely happier than I was before, which makes sense with my mountain example right? And I can't say I have tricks and secrets on how to become happier, but there are some things you might one to try on your journey of becoming happier. the best one I would say is N°3, because that one made my last year a great one.

Museum of Feelings

Museum of feelings. More than experimenting feelings in a museum, I felt everything throughout the whole day. I enjoyed great food, company and many laughs with my best friends who are my chosen family in New York City. Honestly I could not be more blessed. This year has been a total struggle but everything that has taught me is truly invaluable, I learnt and lived things I cannot buy with all the money in the world and although God took away from me one of the most important person in my life, he gave me some other great people who I believe and know will have forever as my friends.

Inspired by windows

Hi guys! I promise now I am back and not going anywhere! I had a couple of problems with my computer so everything is now up and running! (hopefully smoothly!) The other day I went with my friend to Saks Fifth Avenue and let me tell you, how amazing all the things were, it is impossible to go in and not buy anything (well if you can afford it of course lol) but being able to spy on some designer pieces is just so refreshing! I wanted to share this pictures with you so you can feel inspired as well!

Off to New York City!

Ok, I can now finally disclose it. I will be moving to New York City!!!! I had that as a secret for the longest time ever! But I finally have everything ready and I seriously cannot wait. That is why I have been so MIA from the blog and also Tumblr has a lot to do with it. I've been surfing over Tumblr all day long. If I am not doing things for NYC I am on tumblr, for sure. I've been a member since it wasn't the famous social media web that it is now but it is as amazing as it was years before! So go and check mine out if you want some inspiration! Spring Awaits

I used to not like flowers, like at all, I thought it was such a waste of money cause they last almost 0 days and I was just, this is a waste of money, why people would like to receive/give flowers? And now, seeing Pinterest and other inspirational websites, I am all about the florals, I LOVE them, I would love to have a garden full of flowers so if one dies another 10 are blossoming! One day when I have my own house I will plant tons of different types! Are you excited about spring as I am ?!? I love this season and I cannot wait to live it in one of the amazing cities of this world!!! Stay tuned...

Instagraming week

My instagram in a week, or so, to be honest I am not quite sure, but I am so happy with my Instagram feed lately that I had to share it with you here! I always love to look at different IG accounts and I wasn't quite happy with mine for a few days, that's why I changed the way I edited the pictures and they are turning out amazing!
